Check it out. He has lots of good things there, including many of his papers.
Here are two papers that I recommend:
The Big Book Fallacy (3 pp.). A book may be big, but so may the errors (e.g., Kittel's TDNT and Keil & Delitzsch's commentary on the OT).
Abraham and Sinai Contrasted (28 pp.). TDG's contribution to The Law is Not of Faith edited by Bryan Estelle, J. V. Fesko and David VanDrunen.
I think he's unfair and misreads Kittel and Keil. He's also misquoting Kiel
"The idea that it embraces the irrational animals, even the locusts (Credner), is rejected with perfect justice by Hitzig as an inconceivable thought" is the quote, and Credner is actually proposing that the bugs get the spirit. Keil isn't saying "all flesh" never means animals; he's saying it surely doesn't include them in Joel.
